From no motivation to ALL THE MOTIVATION!!!

I honestly didn’t want to work out today. I just wasn’t feeling like it. But, my schedule for training for a half marathon said that I had to run 4 miles today, and besides that, I also had to do day one of level 3 of the 30 day shred. After doing some homework (yep, that’s right, I didn’t want to work out so I resorted to do the thing I never do - homework!) I then decided to put on my running gear and head out the door. The first mile was a little rough, but then I just kept going, and I actually ran more than 4 miles. My gps watch said I did 5 miles, but I’m thinking more like 4 and a half. I then came in and did the 30 Day Shred. And now I feel like I could do more! Ahh the happy feelings of endorphins :) What did you do today???

30 Day Shred

Just finished my 4th day of level two, which means tomorrow I will be half way done with the 30 Day Shred! I’m excited to take my halfway pictures because so far I’ve lost about an inch from my hips and and inch from my waist! Then next I think I’ll give insanity another go since last time I only got through the first month, then got extremely busy and gave up. This time around though, I have the mind set to “get things done,” and so I will!
